    the size was good i took M and usually that is my size. the padding for the breasts are a bit low for me i am 170 cm but i just pull the swimsuit up and also you can remove the pads in the swimsuit if it is way too low if you are tall you might take a bigger size but it depends on your weight because the suit is not very tight you dont want it to be too loose on ypu if you are skinny
